Good food and wine is an integral part of the French way of life, it
pervades nearly every conversation, takes up a large part of the day,
and is a big part of the great fabric of society, with its own brand of
simplicity and snobbery.
Menus here change with the seasons. With each crop comes great
ceremony, and local festivals of wine, oils, truffles, olives and even
lemons occur throughout the year.
In keeping with our French neighbours, we take great interest in local
produce, its freshness and natural farming. We combine this with influences from around the world to provide you
with imaginative menus which are freshly prepared each day.
Buffet style breakfast is served each morning and includes freshly
baked croissants, bread, preserves, fresh fruits, yoghurts, and cereals, tea, coffee and juice.
Our legendary picnics are eaten in idyllic
surroundings on location, where guests can linger over the
gastronomic delights on offer.

Relax and enjoy the delicious cheeses, home made
tarts, smoked meats, local olives and fresh baked breads which we provide, all
washed down with a glass of cold local rose wine.
Soft drinks, teas and coffees are provided throughout the day.
We also provide a delicious 3 course evening meal with personally
selected wines on most evenings throughout the course.
Our imaginative menus are planned with seasonal produce in mind,
bought from our trusted local producers and everything is freshly
prepared.
To enable our guests to sample the delights of the local restaurants,
we will eat out on two evenings during the course and for one lunch.
The cost of this is not included in the price of the course, but all
the suggested restaurants have been personally selected by us for their
excellent food, service, location and value for money.

reason!) as long as we have prior notice.
